was registered under the company and allied matters degree of the federal Republic of Nigeria in 1990 and commence operation in 1992.

To achieve many of our vision, the company is managed by a visionaary team of seasoned professional and experts in various field especilly in management, design and development engineering, ICT and marketing.

The company is divided into 3 key division responsible for engineering, television, marketing and telecommunication with each division working in tandem with with each other. These division are Fiji Ventures, Africa Sports and Entertainment Network, Sports Manufacturing Marketing and Promotions, and Fiji Telecom Systems and Technologies.

This company gives great priority to innovation, ingenuity and training which has placed us mile stones ahead of our competitors.We have pioneered work in the development of appropriate technologies in the sports and gaming industry by intergrating sports and entertainment with television, thereby stimulating growth in the use of sports as a viable advertising medium.Our pioneering work in the gaming industry through the provision of Added value service (AVS) on the GSM/Internet platform using realtime games remains a testimony to the success already achieved.

FIJI Telecom systems and technologies has collaborated with 'CodeSegment', a software development company based in serbia and Montenegro to develop a bulk sms platform which can be used for the provision of AVS for .Txt and html advertising etc.

Our corporate business philosophy is built on trust, integrity and qualitative service which has earned us good reputation both locally and internationally. Therefore, we are representatives of foreign companies in West Africa and Nigeria in particular. We currently represent RFdesign SA and are the sole distributor of falcom Twist and Tango GSM modem in Nigeria.

SMMAP, formerly FIJI Chess club, affiliate of the Nigeria Chess federation was established in 1996 as the first privately owned chess facility in Nigeria. Its activities and facilities are been expanded to incorporate other sports and games.

Our greatest assets are our clients and the members of the public whether international or local. Therefore, annually we invest heavily in the fullfilment of our social responsibilities especially in areas where we have operations. Fiji funds is a programme by which we fund our corporate social responsibilities.
