Write the surname first followed by other names.

 (2) You can then play this game online by log in through the membership
 area or on your moblie phone by SMS. Your answer choice should be
 sent using the format below.

 (5) Provided that this procedure has been strictly adhere to and
 followed through the entry is successfully and will be automatically
